What is Ghostpen?

Ghostpen is an AI writing tool that helps solo founders, freelancers, and operators write high-stakes business correspondence — cold emails, cover letters, investor outreach, sales follow-ups, and more — using structured outcome-driven templates instead of a blank textarea. Each template asks for the specific inputs the AI needs (recipient name, context, ask) so the output reads like a thoughtful human, not generic AI boilerplate.

Who is Ghostpen for?

Job-seekers writing cover notes and recruiter follow-ups, solo founders writing investor cold emails and VC updates, sales operators writing B2B outreach and proposal cover letters, and freelance consultants writing renewal nudges and warm-intro requests. Anyone who writes a small number of high-stakes business emails or letters where each one matters.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you buy never expire. You can use them today, next month, or next year. Free signup credits also have no expiry.

How much does each generation cost?

Exactly one credit per generation, regardless of template or output length. No surprise overages. Your remaining balance is always visible in the Generate page status bar.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Razorpay for payments. International customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Indian customers can additionally use UPI, NetBanking, and wallets.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase on unused credits only. Credits that have already been used to generate content are non-refundable. Email ashishsaiwal.dev@gmail.com to request a refund.

What's the difference between the plans?

All three paid plans use the same AI model and the same templates. The only difference is the number of credits per purchase. Lite is the first-taste tier (100 credits, ₹199 / $3), Starter is for occasional use (200 credits, ₹399 / $5), and Pro is for daily / power use (1,000 credits, ₹1,599 / $20).

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 25 free credits at signup. No credit card required. Credits never expire, so you can take your time evaluating the product before paying.

Do you offer enterprise or team plans?

Not yet. If you need more than 1,000 credits per purchase, or you need multi-seat team accounts, email ashishsaiwal.dev@gmail.com and we'll figure something out.
